Food Freedom Coaching helps you understand how your brain, body, and emotions interact with food, addressing issues like food addiction. Through gentle, guided conversations and practical recovery tools, we uncover the emotional triggers and environmental cues that drive overeating and cravings. Together, we develop strategies that meet your needs with awareness, compassion, and balance, all of which contribute to holistic wellness.
This isn’t a diet, detox, or quick fix. It’s not about restriction or willpower. And while the process often feels deeply therapeutic, it’s not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment from a mental health provider.
Food Freedom Coaching is a supportive, holistic process designed to help you heal your relationship with food and yourself, without judgment or shame. Incorporating practices like sound baths can further enhance your journey. We also recognize the importance of workplace wellness in fostering a healthy relationship with food.

Sessions are offered in person at our Decatur Studio and online via Zoom for local and worldwide clients.
Each session begins with a check-in around your current challenges and victories. From there, we explore the thought patterns, cravings, triggers, and emotions that drive your eating behaviors, using tools that build awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience.
Between sessions, you’ll receive simple practices to integrate what you’ve learned into daily life.
Food Freedom Coaching begins with a four-session structured program designed to help you build momentum and create lasting change. Over the course of four weeks, we’ll move step-by-step through a process that helps you understand why cravings happen, how emotional patterns drive eating behaviors, and what your body is truly asking for.
You’ll learn how to identify triggers before they spiral, soothe stress without food, and rebuild trust with yourself one choice at a time. Each session blends compassionate conversation with evidence-informed tools that support the brain, body, and nervous system. Between sessions, you’ll receive gentle practices, and reflection prompts to help you integrate what you’ve learned into real life.
By the end of the four weeks, you’ll have a clear understanding of your relationship with food, a personalized toolkit to calm cravings, and the confidence to continue your food freedom journey with balance and self-compassion.
