Break Free from Food Obsession and Cravings

At Sublime Holistic Wellness, we understand how painful it can feel when food seems to take control of your life. Whether you identify with food addiction or simply struggle with constant cravings, emotional eating, or obsessive thoughts about food, you’re not alone—and you’re not broken.
Our approach blends neuroscience, habit retraining, and compassionate coaching to help you find lasting freedom, balance, and self-trust around food and your body.

What Food Freedom Coaching Is and What it Isn't

Food Freedom Coaching helps you understand how your brain, body, and emotions interact with food. Through gentle, guided conversations and practical recovery tools, we uncover the emotional triggers and environmental cues that drive overeating and cravings. Together, we develop strategies that meet your needs with awareness, compassion, and balance. 


This isn’t a diet, detox, or quick fix. It’s not about restriction or willpower. And while the process often feels deeply therapeutic, it’s not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment. 

Food Freedom Coaching is a supportive, holistic process designed to help you heal your relationship with food and yourself, without judgment or shame. 

How Sessions Work

Sessions are offered in person at our Decatur Studio and online via Zoom for local and worldwide clients.
Each session begins with a check-in around your current challenges and victories. From there, we explore the thought patterns, cravings, triggers, and emotions that drive your eating behaviors, using tools that build awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience. 

Between sessions, you’ll receive simple practices to integrate what you’ve learned into daily life. 

Your Path to Food Freedom

Food Freedom Coaching begins with a four-session structured program designed to help you build momentum and create lasting change. Over the course of four weeks, we’ll move step-by-step through a process that helps you understand why cravings happen, how emotional patterns drive eating behaviors, and what your body is truly asking for.


You’ll learn how to identify triggers before they spiral, soothe stress without food, and rebuild trust with yourself one choice at a time. Each session blends compassionate conversation with evidence-informed tools that support the brain, body, and nervous system. Between sessions, you’ll receive gentle practices, and reflection prompts to help you integrate what you’ve learned into real life.


By the end of the four weeks, you’ll have a clear understanding of your relationship with food, a personalized toolkit to calm cravings, and the confidence to continue your food freedom journey with balance and self-compassion.


After completing the initial program, you have several ways to stay supported:


  • Join My Breakthrough Community
    Receive daily encouragement, accountability, and connection with others walking a similar path. My Breakthrough Community offers compassionate peer support, live check-ins, and shared practices that help you stay grounded and inspired on your journey to food freedom.
     
  • Sublime Holistic Wellness Membership
    Designed for ongoing support and steady progress, this membership helps you stay connected, accountable, and inspired on your healing journey. You’ll receive two private coaching sessions per month and a complimentary ticket to any Decatur Sound Bath, offering the perfect blend of personal guidance and restorative experience.
    (Online clients or those who prefer may choose an additional coaching session instead of a Sound Bath after four consecutive months of membership.)
    Sound Bath tickets are transferable or giftable—a beautiful way to share the experience of healing with someone you care about. (Contact us for details.)
     
  • Single Sessions
    Available after completing the initial four-session program, these sessions provide continued guidance and support tailored to your needs. They can focus on private emotional processing, compassionate listening, goal setting, or other areas of personal growth and self-discovery.
     

Sessions are offered in person at the Decatur Studio or virtually via Zoom for clients worldwide.

Food Freedom Coaching combines compassionate conversation with mindfulness, habit retraining, and nervous system regulation. By understanding the emotional and biological roots of cravings, you’ll learn how to nourish yourself in deeper ways—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
This work empowers you to replace self-judgment with self-compassion and find peace where struggle once lived.
